ATPR: As of today, Constitution Party presidential candidate Darrell Castle is currently on the ballot in 21 states, for total access to 187 electoral votes. His campaign is working on acquiring ballot access in additional states.
In the 2012 presidential election, the Constitution Party’s presidential nominee, Virgil Goode, was on the ballot in 26 states. Goode received 8,851 votes, or 0.28% of the total, in Washington State, which was, percentage-wise, more than three times higher than his national average.
The following is a press release from Robert W. Peck, chairman of the Constitution Party of Washington, was published on August 4th, 2016:
WE DID IT! DARRELL CASTLE AND SCOTT BRADLEY ARE ON THE BALLOT IN WASHINGTON STATE!
Thanks to all the hard work of volunteers and paid petition gatherers across our state, Darrell Castle and Scott Bradley will be on the November ballot. Those involved helped in anyway they could and together we made it happen. We add our 12 electoral votes to the list.
Many other states have already gained ballot access while others are putting forth a valiant effort to bring in enough electoral votes to win the election. It is an amazing and historic election season. None of us can remember one like it.
Now the work begins to get the only constitutional presidency team elected. In the current political climate, it is very possible to win. It is the only way to start the process of re-establishing America’s Constitutional Republic.
